If you have any of these symptoms or issues learning the Buteyko Method to normalise your breathing may provide significant relief from those symptoms.

The BIM can be used for improved sports performance in very healthy people, so no matter what you scored, it may be a useful thing to try.
Everybody breathes, and healthy breathing is required for optimum health. Even if you have a healthy breathing pattern there may still be room for improvement. Better breathing means a more oxygenated body, which will help improve sports performance and recovery.
